In the aftermath of Sept 11, there have been dramatic and chilling changes in government practices toward immigrant communities. These changes have extended to surveillance of those expressing dissent or protesting US policies, and beyond. This forum will include testimonies from people whose rights have been jeopardized by the Homeland Security Surveillance State. It will also provide an overview of policy changes that are eroding basic constitutional rights, and the implications for us all.
