I recently posted a written exchange between a representative of WGBH and me concerning their airing of, what shall I say,  an infomercial  created and distributed by Walmart. I was in a quandry as to whether to renew my membership to WGBH television.

Today I received a request to sign a letter to PBS from SEIU.org concerning PBS’ cancellation of  Citizen Koch, a ‘ “documentary on restricting the destructive role of money and politics” ‘ (from SEIU letter) by Academy Award nominated filmmakers. The letter goes on to state that Koch is a ” trustee and big-time donor,” who has made $23 million in donations to public TV.  (Sources cited are Bloomberg, & The New Yorker) FMI, and to view and sign SEIU’s letter, go to: http://action.workingfamiliesparty.org/p/dia/action3/common/public/?action_KEY=8107&sp_ref=2851677.9.169.o.1.2.

Clearly, these issues are not going away anytime soon.
