The Somerville Open Cinema Festival seeks unusual short films and videos from around the world. All genres are welcome, including documentary, narrative, experimental, animated, etc. Acceptable formats include 8mm, Super-8, 16mm and video. It's FREE to enter, but submissions must be under 10 minutes running time and made in 2008 or later.
The mini film festival will take place at SCATV on Thursday, May 2, 2013 as part of the annual Somerville Open Studios. Filmmakers can also elect to broadcast their submission on SCATV Channel 3.
