Andy Wiley-Schwartz will join Visiting Scholar Aaron Naparstek to discuss a groundbreaking approach to urban planning and design that has led to the construction of more than 50 new plazas and 21 acres of new public space in New York.
Mr. Wiley-Schwartz is an Assistant Commissioner for Planning and Sustainability at New York City Department of Transportation.
