A MuckRock.com request for a complete and current copy of the amended MaxPac covenant between the Developers of “Maxwell’s Green” and the City of Somerville is submitted, since it appears that this amended document is not readily available for the public to read and review. (This public information request will be received by the City Clerk’s office on January 17, 2012.)
