The OPENAIR Circus is holding a deliciousraiser… no… fundraiser at
Flatbread Pizza in Davis Sq. on November 23.
The OAC is a non-profit volunteer-run Somerville-based organization which
teaches 200 students each summer a variety of circus skills as a means to
improve children’s self esteem, leadership skills, and instill an
appreciation for arts and the community.
On November 23, starting at 5:00, Flatbread will donate a portion of every
pizza sold to the OAC ($3.50 for every large, $1.75 for every small).
Flatbread pizzas are all-natural and delicious (and they have a
gluten-free option). An OAC volunteer will be in the front hall answering
questions about the OAC, accepting donations, selling raffle tickets, and
potentially selling delicious home-made cookies.
Flatbread Pizza is located at the old Bowlhaven bowling alley at 45 Day
St., one block from the center of Davis Sq. They’ve kept most of the
bowling lanes and you’re allowed to eat while you bowl, so come enjoy a
fun and delicious night and raise funds for this special Somerville
organization.
