This new film by SCATV Executive Director Wendy Blom looks at the science behind climate change and how Somerville organizations, government, and residents are working to adapt to the changes that are predicted for the area.  The film also uncovers the many efforts being made in Somerville to reduce the emission of greenhouse gasses, the primary cause of climate change.

The 48 minute film will be shown on SCATV Channel 3 at times listed on the http://access-scat.org  program schedule, and can be seen on-line from this link:  http://blip.tv/file/4387404/ Somerville Climate Action is co-sponsoring a free public screening of the film and a discussion about the issues presented on Monday, December 6 at 7:00pm in the SCATV studio, 90 Union Square. For more information, call 617-628-8826.
