It was confirmed yesterday that Bill Galvin would rather hide away from the voters, and hope they blindly follow him again, than actually face questions from the people he is charged to serve. GALVIN IS THE ONLY CANDIDATE FOR STATEWIDE OFFICE TO REFUSE TO DEBATE THIS YEAR. After being accused by independent candidate Jim Henderson of dodging debate opportunities, Galvin noted at a Friday editorial board meeting in Needham that the Suffolk debate was proof that he was willing to make his case to voters. However, organizers at the Rappaport Center confirmed Monday that Galvin’s campaign changed course and refused to commit to the event, contradicting the incumbent’s Friday statement.
Jim Henderson will not let this stand idly by.
There will be a press conference outside the State House, this Wednesday afternoon, beginning at 12:15 PM, to discuss the campaign and Galvin’s blatant and arrogant dismissal of our democratic process.
PLEASE COME AND STAND WITH JIM AND HIS SUPPORTERS.
If you have friends or family working in downtown Boston, please invite them to join us as well. You may want to share this article [http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/highlight/x1809788566/Technology-drives-underdog-Henderson-in-bid-for-secretary-of-state] from today’s MetroWest Daily News; it provides a very nice and concise review of my proposals.
Mr. Galvin may want to run away and hide. Help Jim call him out. Your voice matters!!!
Thanks – Janine, a Somerville resident AND voter!!!

Thanks everyone who showed up to support Jim. Yet again, Galvin lied to a WBUR correspondent regarding his backing out of the Suffolk University forum.
