Submitted a Public Information request regarding the City’s Municipal Needs Analysis and the Municipal Master facilities Plan again this month (This is the 3rd request since August, 2009.). Per M. Tintocalis, Principal Planner, Economic Development, Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development; and Project Manager for this Municipal Master Facilities Plan, the main goal of this project was to assess the office and location needs of city-provided services and produce a plan for future implementation. The Cecil Group was awarded the contract and began work in July, 2009; it was expected to take 8 months to complete. (personal communication, Mtintocalis, August 12, 2009). This project was ordered by BOA in September 2008.
