Foss Park
Somerville MA (map)
This meeting at Foss Park marks the beginning of a program to encourage Somerville residents to explore the city. Maps and passbooks will be provided for the Blueback Herring River Route, the Blessing of the Bay Boathouse, and the Mystic River Reservation. There will be programming along Shore Drive and a water stop at the Tower.
This event is important because it puts interesting parts of Somerville, such as the bank of the Mystic, on display.
For more information, see SomerStreets Program.
