Comprehensive Plan Visioning Meeting
Tues. Nov. 17, 6:30 PM
Argenziano School
290 Washington Street
Somerville MA (map)
This is the November meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. The Visioning Discussion begins with this meeting and will continue with four public input meetings in December. The Steering Committee itself will resume meeting in January.
This committee is intended to provide input to a comprehensive plan for developing the city. The goal is to improve the quality of life for Somerville’s residents and workers and to take full advantage of coming transit improvements, particularly the Green Line Extension and the Assembly Square Orange Line T-Stop.
This is a public meeting. Anyone may attend and observe, and there is an opportunity at the end of the meeting for public comment.
For background and issues to monitor, see Somerville Comprehensive Plan Project.
