I never heard of this while living in Cambridge and cannot believe it happens in Somerville. I know of at least 3 property owners, non-Somerville residents, who have somehow acquired visitor passes for their prospective renters. They simply give them to the clients and take them back when they're done showing the apartment. Am I missing something? I know of at least 3 property owners, non-Somerville residents, who have somehow acquired visitor passes for their prospective renters. They simply give them to the clients and take them back when they’re done showing the apartment.
