quick update on garbage

The clerk in the health inspection office/trash pick-up just told me that they had access to the system to abate citations up until a few months ago, but it was taken away from them.

    So who on the Board of Aldermen will ask why, when, and how such a system stopped? And perhaps most important, by whom was it stopped? By Stan Koty, Commissioner, or by his son who gives those tickets in the first place? or by Uncle Joe, who’s authority is ultimately responsible for everything?
