The Employee Free Choice Act was already killed and thank God it was. It has to be one of the most un-American initiatives I have ever heard about. When you go to vote in the next elections - do you not want it confidential? Why would your vote to join a union not be the same? You want a union rep asking you IF YOU JOINED the union?

The only people advocating for the Employee Free Choice Act are people who have never dealt with or even been in a union. Unions play rought unless you're "in" and the only way to get in is to know someone.

And unions have destroyed more industries in this nation than any free trader has. See UAW, public unions (state, MBTA, Turnpike) and - LOL - the Boston Globe for more specifics on the devastation unions wreak.

Also, do you not worry that these union activities border on organized crime (again). Who flew Sylvia and her friends in? A small group. No kidding. They were flown in using some sucker's union dues.
